Time For Bed
/Music can ramp you up or help you relax. Singing Lullabies to your children helps them clam down and prepare their bodies to rest. Lullabies also help you relax. One of my favorite lullabies/book is Time For Bed by Mem Fox. It can be sung to the tune The Day is Now Over from Orff Schulwerk Volume 1. The melody is sung in the video below.
